Frequently asked questions

Do you inflate balloons that are purchased from outside your store?

Yes, we do inflate balloons not purchased through Party Heroes, however we do charge for inflation and do not guarantee the quality of the balloon before and after inflation.

Do you sell more than balloons?

Yes! Party Heroes has over 8,000 square feet of retail space that is jam packed with party supplies, party decor, themed events, baby showers, bridal showers, wedding supplies, catering supplies and of course themed birthday supplies as well as a full luau section! We carry a wide variety of balloon decor and custom make arrangements as well.

Can I have balloons delivered?

Yes! We can deliver to majority of the grand strand area from North Myrtle Beach to Pawley's Island and as far west as Conway. There is a delivery charge and we recommend calling the store to get an exact price on delivery.

How long do balloons last after inflation?

There are several factors that affect how long a balloon lasts for. Let's start with what TYPE of balloon it is: LATEX- An 11 inch balloon will generally last 8-10 hours when kept in optimum conditions. However, we can add Hi-Float to your latex balloons, which is a conditioning treatment applied to the inside of the balloon to slow down the deflation process. This can extend the life of your balloon by a few days to a week or more. MYLAR/FOIL: Bubble balloons and foil balloons (also know as Mylar balloons) can last days, weeks or even months! They have a much longer lifespan than latex balloons because latex balloons are porous and helium slowly escapes out of them. Temperature is one of the biggest factors affecting how long your balloon will float. They are best kept at an even, comfortable room temperature. If the room is too hot, your balloon may burst. If the room is too cold, your balloon may start to droop. Tip #1: Don’t put your balloon in a hot car. Tip #2: Keep your balloons at a constant room temperature - avoid heaters, air conditioning units etc.
