USPS Economy Shipping 6-10 Business Days: Available for small, lightweight orders under $50. Select this option if your order does not require rush processing or delivery. Economy shipping usually takes 6 to 10 business days to arrive, however this is not guaranteed and package tracking may be limited and delayed.
UPS Ground Standard Shipping 3-6 Business Days: Select this option if your order does not require rush processing or delivery. Standard shipping usually takes from 3 to 6 business days to arrive.
UPS 3 Business Days Shipping: Select this option to guarantee your merchandise's arrival by the end of the 3rd business day.
UPS Next Business Day Shipping: Select this option to guarantee your merchandise's arrival by the end of the next business day.
International Shipping: Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping.

I want to return my order, what do I do??
Here at PartyHeroes.com you have 30 days from the date your order ships to return your item. We won't ask you any questions! Keep in mind, a lot of our products are seasonal so we can't accept anything after the 30 day mark.
For an easy return, put returning item in a box (can be the same box item was delivered in). Ship this package back to us at your cost using whichever shipping method of your choice. Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice. With the copy of your invoice we can easily find your order and quickly refund your money!

Hollywood, FL 33029As soon as we receive your package, we will immediately process the return and refund you! We will credit your account for the purchase price of the returned product. Please note, item must be in saleable condition in order for us to be able to refund you. We also can not accept returns on items that can't be resold.
Here are a list of things we're unable to accept:
- Items used in the mouth or on the lips (candy, lipgloss, whistles, etc)
- Items worn on the body (hats)
- Glow stick and necklace products.
- Sale Items.
Do know that returns that are individually packaged or wrapped are acceptable. The item must still be in it's wrapper. If wrapper is open then we can not accept it, sorry.
Make sure that your shipping address is correctly written. If we receive a package back due to incomplete/incorrect address information or due to unsuccessful delivery attemps, you will be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% of the returned merchandise total.
Note: We don't refund the original shipping charge or pay for the return shipping. We only refund the item you bought.
Note: We don't recommend the refusal of delivery of your package or telling the driver to return package to sender when you first receive your package. If we get your package back, you will be charged for return shipping, which is equal to your original shipping amount. Unfortunately, you won't get any of your money back.
How many days will it be until I get my refund??
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to reach us. We will then process your return in 2-3 business days. Expect your credit card refund in about 5-8 business days.
The items I received are not the items I ordered, they are damaged, or something is missing. What do I do now??
We're super sorry if any of these things happened to your order. Please email us and let us know right away!
In your email please inform us of the following:
- Your name and order number.
- The item number and quantity of what was missing or broken.
- If you received the wrong item, please tell us the item number you received.
- To help us correct your order efficiently let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacements.
- If you want replacements, when do you need them?
We will gladly send you a replacement; free of charge.

Yes, we do accept PayPal payments! But please note, your PayPal account must be billed to an address in the United States. We are unable to accept PayPal payments from billing addresses in Canada, Puerto Rico, or any other international locations. All you have to do is click the “Checkout with PayPal” icon in the shopping cart; this will take you to a secure PayPal site to enter your PayPal account information, and then transport you back to PartyHeroes.com to complete the ordering process.
